We are committed to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) through the provision of culturally competent care.  As a Ryan White funded program, we encourage and require input from our patient panel to provide exceptional HIV care. We achieve this through patient surveys and our Advisory Groups that consist of staff, patient volunteers, and in some cases, community stakeholders.  Our current Advisory Groups are:

Clinic Quality Committee focuses on program success and opportunities for improvement.

  • Viral Load Suppression
  • Prescription of Antiretroviral Therapy (ART – HIV medications)
  • Medical Visit Frequency
  • Gap in Medical Visits.

RW Part D Community Advisory Group (CAG): focuses on improving access to Ryan White service for WICY in our geographic territory.  As a result of CQI, the program implemented incentives to address food and hygiene insecurities, Uber Health transportation services, the Our WORK women’s housing project, and improvements to the flow of clinical operations.
